  We know that to achieve your fitness goal, it is important to exercise and follow a healthy diet. The WORKOUT feature includes FITNESS RECIPES, which are tips for healthy dishes prescribed by nutritionists so that you can have a balanced diet.
• Physical Assessments
  Access reports that show all data about your progress.

INFORMATION ON APP USE AND SUBSCRIPTION

The app download and usage are free.

To access extra features, you can opt for a 12 or 6-month subscription. If you choose the subscription, pay the price set for your country (this value will be displayed in the app).

Payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase.

The subscription is automatically renewed unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period and identify the cost of renewal.

Subscriptions can be managed by the user, and auto-renewal can be turned off by going to the user's account settings after purchase.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
